The Edge Youth Ministry
New Life Community Church has a youth ministry called "The Edge." Ministering to teenagers, The Edge meets in the youth room every Wednesday night from 6:30 - 8:00pm. The Edge is a ministry to all teenagers in Junior High and Senior High.
The Edge Youth Ministry, under the direction of Pastor Bryan Johnson and team of adults and uses a variety of methods to help NLCC teenagers grow in their faith. Other activities available to the youth include game nights, retreats and conventions and Bible studies. Some of the youth also assist as aids in the nurseries, Sunday School classes and Children's Church.
NLCC does not see them as the church of the future, but rather the church of today. The goal of The Edge Youth Ministry is to provide an environment that allows teens to develop and cultivate a relationship with Christ.
